Yantai Yihe Automobile Science and Technology Co., Ltd.

Yantai Yihe Automobile Science and Technology Co., Ltd., founded in Sept. 2012 with a registered capital of RMB 68 million, is mainly engaged in design, R&D, manufacture and sales of car body, design, manufacture and sales of auto moulds, gauge, fixture, auto parts and mechanical parts. It is located in Fudong Industrial Park, Fushan District, Yantai—a coastal city, enjoying beautiful scenery and pleasant climate. Our company covers an area of 78,681 square meters (about 118mu) and gross building area of 52,541 square meters, with a total investment of RMB 376 million.

Our company mainly serves automobile manufacturing and machining industry, establishes strategic cooperation relationship with FAW Group, FAW-Volkswagen, Second Automobile Works, Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation, Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd., Yantai Dongqi Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. and Yantai Doosan Machinery Co., Ltd. and is engaged in R&D and trial manufacture of car body and manufacture of automobile panel and interior trim part moulds and parts.

Our company has 150 employees including 16 engineering technicians and 8 quality controllers and adopts CAD/CAM/CAE technology. CAD and CAM application software is mainly UG and CATIA. CAE application software is mainly AOTO-FORM. Our technicians are familiar with core mould technology including 3D mould design and CAE analysis of car body parts forming. In addition, there are 32 skilled bench workers, 30 punchers, 26 CNC operators and 8 metalers.
